Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days.

Packaging Requirements

Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items returned damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may delay posting)
  • Contact your bank (additional processing time may apply)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@lkgaragetools.com and send your item to the returns address listed above.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the returns address provided above.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
